Dandelion fritters

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PERSONS:

700 grams of small leaves of dandelion,

3 tablespoons sugar,

3 tablespoons white vinegar,

an abundance of grated nutmeg,

1 tablespoon salt,

1 teaspoon black pepper,

1 generous tablespoon of oil

HOW TO COOK:

Cut the tender leaves of dandelion in 3 cm pieces and wash well. Stir in one cup sugar, vinegar, nutmeg, salt and pepper and add the oil a bit 'at a time, making sure that mixes completely. Add the leaves of dog's tooth and leave to soak for about half an hour. Prepare a pan for frying, lower the heat to medium, and began to cross the dog's tooth with a slotted spoon. Rotate for two or three minutes, making sure that all the leaves are covered with oil. Lift the pan from heat and mix the batter well he had prepared. Serve at once hot.
