Toasted bread with garlic cream

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PERSONS:

600/750 grams of walnuts already peeled

3 cloves of garlic

150 grams of butter

the crumb of two sandwiches

milk

1 pinch of salt pans

Grana cheese, enough

broth

HOW TO COOK:

Reduce the ingredients (to mush you can use the mortar for a better result. Grind the walnuts and then proceed with the garlic (first raised the central germ ) with crushed salt. Together the two pests and knead well to reduce them in sauce, inside a bowl, add the bread crumbs soaked in few milk and squeezed. Meanwhile, melt the butter (bain-marie), add it to the rest, stirring and mixing well, and finally, add a handful of grated parmesan and mix again. Broth serves only to dilute the sauce if necessary. Once ready, spread the sauce on slices of homemade bread just toasted and bring to the table.
