Bugie - Tipical Carnival sweetness

INGREDIENTS:
500 g wheat flour
a sachet yeast vanilla
50 g butter
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar
a pinch of salt
a glass of milk
a liter of olive oil
vanilla sugar
half cup of brandy
HOW TO COOK:
Mix the flour with the yeast, melted butter, two egg yolks, sugar, salt, milk.
Knead until you get a paste consistency.
Roll out the dough (thickness 3 mm) and cut with the wheel diamond shapes.
Heat a lot of oil in a high-sided pan, and fry the paste, then remove with a slotted spoon and place it on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
