Sweetened cream set with gelatin

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PERSONS:

Pint of cream

third of a liter of whole milk

200 grams of powdered sugar icing

3 sheets of isinglass

a glass of rum and ½ cup Marsala wine

HOW TO COOK:

Heat the milk in a saucepan and dissolve the isinglass.

Meanwhile, in another pan, move, stirring, cream and sugar almost to a boil.

Combine the two mixtures and add the rum and Marsala.

Pour, finally, the mixture into a rectangular mold (previously caramelized*) and cool in the refrigerator for at least three hours.

*Instead of caramel, it is possible to decorate with chocolate sauce, or strawberry sirup with a mint leaf.
