Vegetables cream soup (Asti manner)

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PERSONS:

Approximately 300 grams of egg noodles (Tajarin) possibly homemade

extra virgin olive oil (to taste)

500 grams of potatoes

600 grams of leeks

2 or 3 bay leaves

nutmeg grated

Parmesan

HOW TO COOK:

Cook in a pot plenty of water, placing leeks wheels and sliced potatoes for about half an hour, adding salt and a pinch of nutmeg.  Once cooked and removed from water, drain the vegetables and mash well in a bowl, reducing them in cream keeping the container warm. Cook now the pasta in the same water of the vegetables, add more if necessary, add salt, drain the noodles and mix them together with cream of vegetables in bowl, mix a bit of grain and serve the soup in bowls, and little oil.
